Easy Returns
We offer returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused and unworn.
- In their original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Free from any damage or signs of use.

Need a different design? We offer exchanges on eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Earrings
- Personalized or custom-made jewellery
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
